If your child is due to start school, applications for a place are made through the Local Education Authority in January of the year they are due to start.

In‑Year Admissions
If you wish to apply for a place during the school year, this is known as an In‑Year Admission. Although GCC is the admission authority, in‑year applications must be made directly to the school.

Parents and carers should complete the Gloucestershire County Council In‑Year Application Form:

Completed forms should be emailed directly to the school email address:

Applications should be sent alongside a copy of the child's birth certificate and proof of address. Applications will not be processed until all documents are submitted.
